Denis develops his 100t / h flatbed cleaner-separator, named NSD3.1

The Denis company, created in 1855, has been designing, developing and marketing rotary separators and cleaners for over 60 years. Among his flatbed cleaner-separators, Denis designed the NSD3 almost 10 years ago to perfectly meet the expectations of cooperatives, traders or farmers equipped with their own storage area with a throughput of up to 100 t / h. Denis has developed his machine which has undergone several evolutions making the NSD3, the NSD3.1. This latest model in the range has been on sale since the start of the year. The evolutions of the NSD3.1 mainly concern the optimization of the weight of the boxes and the resumption of the same characteristics as the NSD1 and NSD2 in terms of movement and inclination of the grilles. It still has an area of almost 10 m² of grids - a large area appreciated by its users. The NSD3.1 retains a reduced width of 1.50 m, thus facilitating its installation within the installations, in particular for the replacement of an existing device or the installation in the silo towers. With improved suction at the product inlet and outlet, the NSD3.1 can be fitted with a fan and associated cyclones or directly integrated into the central vacuum system if required. For safe use of the entire device, the NSD3.1 is offered instrumented as standard, with inductive detectors at the level of the boxes, a detector at the level of the opening of the doors and, as an option, of capacitive detectors for the exit of waste grids or suction.
